These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Wholesale Auctioneers website and services (the “Site”). By accessing or using this Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Wholesale-Only Use
This Site is intended exclusively for trade and wholesale customers, including retailers, interior designers, galleries, and other professional buyers or sellers.
By creating an account or placing an order, you represent that:
- You are purchasing or selling for resale or professional use
- You are acting on behalf of a business
- All information you provide is accurate and current
Wholesale Auctioneers reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion.
2. Products & Availability
Our inventory consists largely of one-of-a-kind, handmade, vintage, and limited-quantity items.
- All products are subject to availability
- Items are not reserved until an order is confirmed
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies
- Product listings may be modified or removed at any time
Due to the nature of art, rugs, and jewelry, variations in color, texture, size, and appearance are normal and expected.
3. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
- Orders are subject to review and confirmation
- We may refuse or cancel any order at any time
- Large or high-value orders may require manual approval
- Orders are not final until confirmed by Wholesale Auctioneers
We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and reflect wholesale rates.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- ACH / Wire Transfer
- Cryptocurrency
Payment is due in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cryptocurrency Payments
- All crypto payments are converted to USD at the time of transaction
- Exchange rates are determined by the payment processor
- We are not responsible for blockchain delays, network fees, or volatility
- Once confirmed on-chain, crypto payments are final
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless stated otherwise
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
- Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the order leaves our facility
- Oversized or fragile items may require special handling, crating, or freight
Buyers are responsible for understanding import duties, taxes, and regulations for international shipments.
6. Returns, Damage & Claims
Due to the wholesale and one-of-a-kind nature of our products:
- All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing
- Returns are only accepted for items damaged in transit or materially misrepresented
- Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Claims must include photographs and original packaging
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the issue is due to our error.
7. Product Descriptions & Accuracy
We strive for accuracy in all listings. However:
- Measurements are approximate
- Colors may vary due to lighting and screen differences
- Natural wear, patina, and imperfections are part of the character of many items
Such variations do not constitute defects.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including images, text, branding, and design—is the property of Wholesale Auctioneers or its licensors.
Buyers may use product images for resale and marketing of purchased items.
All other use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without written permission.
9. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity under your account
- Ensuring your account is not shared with unrelated parties
We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Wholesale Auctioneers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question
- All products are provided “as is” unless explicitly stated otherwise

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
